Our Heritage
The name Bolgarz is inspired by the ancient Bolgars, reflecting values that continue to guide how we think and work today: resilience, adaptability, curiosity and long-term thinking.
Our visual identity draws inspiration from a seven-fingered bronze medallion discovered in Pliska, Bulgaria, featuring the ancient "Y" symbol associated with balance, connection and purposeful direction. The emblem also references the seven classical celestial bodies, the Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus and Saturn, representing perspective, order and the understanding that individual elements gain meaning when viewed as part of a greater system.
For us, these ideas symbolise what strategy should be: aligning insight with action, ambition with responsibility, and today's decisions with tomorrow's outcomes.

For more than a decade, my life outside business has been dedicated to overcoming personal struggles in physical and mental health.
What began as a personal search for better health physically and mentally, gradually evolved into a deep and ongoing exploration of nutrition, exercise, psychology, neuroscience, stress, recovery, sleep, longevity and human performance. Along the way, I experienced first-hand how informed decisions, consistent habits and evidence-based thinking can transform lives.
That journey fundamentally shaped how I view business.
